BM in California said: “I paid the balance of my Gottschalks Credit Card in April 2009. I had not received a statement until I received a call from HSBC in June. I was told I owed $111.79 in late fees. Evidently in April after my statement was sent out there was an additional charge for a purchase added ($49.23).

NM in Georgia said: “My mom bought furniture from Rhodes Furniture and I paid it all back in the time. I had a no interest deal. I changed my house and ask them to send the payment there. I had a $220.00 balance out of $5000 and HSBC never changed the address even though I sent the change of address by certified mail with delivery confirmation. HSBC / Rhodes Furniture went back and charged me nearly $3000 interest on a $5000 purchase and reported to my credit. Now they are nowhere to be found. I am stuck with this on my Credit.. CAN anyone help me find their number?”
