KM in North Carolina said: “HSBC is the biggest joke I have ever seen in my life. I (stupidly) purchased a $3600 Boxflex a few months ago. I submitted a payment on the 4th of December. I didn’t know until I recieved my next statement that they claim the payment was never made and charged me Dec. payment, Jan. payment and a $39 late fee- Making my payment allegedly $151. After calling 3 times everyone there is absolutely ridiculous.

CM in Montana said: “This complaint is equally about BowFlex and HSBC Retail Services. My 73 year old disabled father was sold a treadmill climber by telephone in July 2009. I just took over his finances and had made several calls to Blowflex and to HSBC, but was told that they would not speak to me until I had POA for my father. I was given Power of Attorney in November 2009.
RK in Washington said: “I disagree with a large fee HSBC put on my account with Boston Store, and I think also Dress Barn. I was so angry with HSBC when I saw the large amount that they charged me so I was going to just cancel my Boston Store card and other stores that they have the priviledge to do thense high late fee even if it is maybe a day or two late.
BJ in Wisconsin sent a copy of her complaint letter to HSBC: “Earlier this I was getting “harrassed” by your company to pay my credit card with the Boston Store. The only problem I never received a bill and was unable to pay the bill.
GH in Tennessee said: “I just read the article on HSBC Online payment and would like to add to the complaint list. I had trouble locating the correct site to pay a bill for my Best Buy card (18 months same as cash). When I reviewed my bank account today there were two withdrawals and only one had been credited to the credit card account.
