An HSBC customer in New York said: “I have had an HSBC retail account for approximately 2+ years with no lates, no over limits, no NEGATIVES. I checked my account online today and saw that my credit line has gone from $3,000 to $5 dollars over my current balance!!!!
CH in Oregon said: “I have never paid my HSBC Best Buy credit card late. In fact in order to prevent late payments I have actually paid their rush payment fee several times. However when I opened my statement this month my jaw almost hit the floor when I saw 20.99% interest on my 0% same as cash account.
TD in Iraq said: “I received a credit card from Best Buy for my wife to use while i’m deployed to iraq, which i am currently as of january of this year. my wife purchased $660 worth of stuff online with our best buy credit card. instead of the items coming to my home address which was already put as the primary address, the items were shipped to someone in hinesville, ga.
LC in Georgia said: “This week we lost our son to a tragic accident. When I went to the Kawasaki plcea in Claxton to pay off my 4-wheeler it was terrible. The reception was very unkind, they would not take our check. Now the payment won’t get to HSBC retail services on time, I would need to pay an additional $39.00. I have always paid way over what was needed and have been paying $1000.00 per month lately. Now I have a late charge. HSBC would not even let me pay on-line.”
