I haven’t been able to keep up the payments and no cash, 401-k, stock to handle it. Took a hit in pay a year ago. Now HFC is garnishing $300 per pay check. I don’t even have enough to make the HFC mortgage any longer, and HSBC wont work with me. As it is now, I could make more on un-employment insurance. And I am thinking of leaving my job of 14 years due to this. Or bankruptcy.”

I am in 100% agreement with the article that the CEO drinks his own COOl AID. For the last 3 years I have been strugling with them to get my Adjustable Mortgage modified (A mortgage that I did not make with them but because of their greed they acquired from another company). Since my rate started adjusting I was faced with a life threatening illness ended disabled, jobless for 6 months and ended up with 50% of my previous income.

I was in need of a loan to cover some expenses that I was incurring at that time. I went to Beneficial and requested a loan in the amount of $5,000.
