I send these each month and so far have never recieved the copy. HSBC coerced my ex into paying for this account even though the bill has always been sent to just me.

BP in Washington said: “This is a GIGANTIC complaint about HSBC. Their late payment scam has cost me my life’s work in less than 6 months. They’ve made my 840 credit score go to 000!. In july I set up what I thought were auto monthly pmts. The 1st of sept. I noticed no pmt came out so I called and she said you have to set up each month separately (a very confusing and time consuming process on their web site) so I immediately told her about it and asked how much to clear it all up which I then did plus I added some extra to avoid any further problems.
