Called and was told I had missed payments during the last month so I had to make it up now and a new policy had been added. I asked how that could be when I had made all payments as obviously they would have forclosed by now if I hadn’t. Couldn’t give me an answer.

We had a long fight with the insurance company and finally won our battle. The insurance company agreed to settle with us monies to repair the remaining part of our home. We have done this and passed 100% inspections. Every document is in the mortgage loss department. The HSBC loss department has $25,000 of our money for work we did.
