The horrible thing is I have reported HSBC to the BBB and was told they feel like HSBC did all they could and I was giving them the problems! I have been working on this since the origination of my loan in oct 2007!

CC in California said: “I have an HSBC credit that was used to purchase my two quads in 2007. I was a little behind in two payments, in which I called and talked to representatives each time and post dated two checks to make the payments. I talked with them at length in regards to the situation, in which they advised to not worry, everything is ok if you post date these checks.

TD in Ohio said: “We had an automobile loan with HSBC. We had damage done to our vehicle. The insurance company sent us a check in our name and HSBC. My husband fixed the car. We sent the check to HSBC and they applied it to our loan. Then HSBC said we didn’t have a payment due until april 15 2009.

I too have been charged a $15.00 on the phone only to be told the next month that the fee was not paid when in fact it was and months later at that. When is someone going to do something about this? Im ready to just have HSBC pick up the damn motorcycle.”
