VK in Nebraska said: “I used to have a HSBC account, I paid faithfully but it never seem to make any difference, the next thing i know I was over the credit limit and been charged all kinds of fees, I tried to resolve this but they kept adding fees until I could no longer pay the minimum and they refuse to resolve the issue. I think that is usury in the worst possible manner, they ended up destroying my credit and sent me to a collection agency for 3 times the amount I owe them. It is terrible that HSBC gets to do this to people, I think a class action law suit should be filed against them.

P.S.
I also realize they are affiliated with lots of store merchants like Office Max and I noticed they have not changed one bit, they charge you a late fee even if you pay the same day on line, and if you decide to pay by express, you get charged with a $15.00 fee whether it is on the phone or through western union. This is broad-day light robbery and I will be glad if we can get this foolishness and greed resolved once and for all.”
