DJ in Texas said: “I just logged on to HSBC to make a payment to noticed that my credit line had been reduced more than half. I haven’t been late on payments and I always pay over the minimum due. This really makes me mad as I have been a member for years. Anyway I just wanted to let everyone know that you can file a complaint with the Federal Reserve about this at www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov/index.cfm”
