JW in Pennsylvania asks: “I have a zero balance and HSBC RS is harassing me for a payment and they are threating to report me to the credit bureau. What gives?”

Editor’s Note: I recommend reviewing your credit report right now. If there is no fraud and a zero balance a problem exists at HSBC, and we would like to get to the bottom of it.
