RC in North Carolina said: “I have an account with HFC, over the years I was NEVER late and sometimes paid more than the min. payment. As we all know times are tough right now so for the last few months we have been late. NEVER OVER 30 DAYS. The people from HFC start calling 2 days after the due date and when I say calling I mean 4 times an HOUR !! No joke. I get so stressed hearing the dang phone ringing off the hook (even after I have talked to someone) What really gets me is they ask for more than whats due. They always ask for 2 months of payment which is crazy ! I am sick and tired of these people and I am tempted to tell them I am not going to pay at all if they keep harrassing me. It just gets to me that we are not ever 30 days late and they start calling 2 days after due date ! Isn’t that against the law ?? Thanks for reading.”
