WJ in California said: “On 8/2008 I sent a payment of $927.00 after coming back from Iraq, thus paying off my account and leaving it at zero balance. When I last checked my credit report, I found that HSBC reported that I was over 60 days delinquent. After verifying that I didn’t miss anything, I too, receive mail from HSBC reporting that I owe nothing. This company sucks… Thanks to them my FICO score went down!”
