Credit department not posting moneys received in timely manner. It may take AR up to 3 days to post to account, during this time I receive phone calls.
I have now received 2 checks telling me to go ahead and cash them, last one if for $100.00, that if they sent this in error then my account will be adjusted accordingly. Is this another ploy to charge me more money?
My account is with Best Buy, but the phone calls come from HSBC. Most of the people who call really can’t speak english very well, so to communicate with them is very hard.
