TT in Georgia said: “I got herded into a Best Buy Card on which I bought a computer for about $1300.00. I made the payments for several months but I was late one month. I received a letter within a weeks time along with phone calls saying that the FULL amount plus penalties was due. After several rounds of trying to work something out. My account has been bounced between different collectors, all of which disavow any knowledge of any previous settlement. Now they have a filed a civil action against me. I want my day in court to pin this guys down with a third party involved. The statute of limitations is about to come up in a few months but I’m ready to fight these guys. Are there any resources that you may have that can help me argue my case before a local magistrate judge?”
