Today we acquired a copy of the BBB report for HSBC Merchant Musician’s Friend. It does not look good, but all of it cannot be blamed on HSBC in any way, shape, or form. (Part of it probably can) Personally I go to the Musician’s Friend factory outlet store in Kansas City, but I always pay cash. What happened in this case is the customer used his credit card, issued and handled by HSBC. After getting enough late fees and other flack, he reported it.
