HSBC on credit report for no reason says Kansas resident

SC in Kansas said: “I just checked my credit report and found HSBC on my report 20 times. Someone has been applying for credit over 20 times on my credit. I do not know who HSBC is. I did not apply for anything with this company nor have I applied for anything in the recent past. I would appreciate it if this company would stop trying to apply with my credit!”
