NB IN Washington said: “I have multiple sclerosis and get my disability check on the third of each month. All along I have been told by HSBC “no problem, we will fix it”, but have received late charges every month. I have had my friends call and they both were told the late charges would go away and my date would change. Lies and more lies! I have disputed in writing 5 times, and well over 17 times online. I have been making a monthly payment online. I charged $80.00 dollars and to date have paid over $500.00. There still has been no help from HSBC. I have been on hold over a hour twice, hung up on, had 3 calls from them in one day when I sent the last letter stating I do not owe this. I did not stop making payments to them, but I sent letters.

Well, I am done now. I complained about HSBC on this site months ago. I found thousands of complaints on the Internet about them and will be taking them to court. Being nice and trying to handle this has only hurt me financially and physically. I have learned a very expensive lesson.”
