EZ Pay malfunctions at HSBC
LW in Texas said: “I have always had EZ Pay and my payment was taken on the first of the month until August. It didn’t come out and I have spent hours on the phone with them telling me the account number of my bank is invalid. It is EXACTLY the same as it was before! I have a stack of letters from them and have had to send a check through express mail three times so far. It just happened again. They tell me no one else is having this problem, but obviously I am not the only one.”
