HSBC has problems with David’s Bridal - fair warning
A Missouri resident said: “I have had problems with my David’s Bridal since I opened it. They managed to move my due date back over 4 days even though they are on a 30/31 day cycle, caused late fees and was told they don’t refund them. Then they tried to tell me I should send them earlier even though they were getting the payments electronically. SO, now I send the payments 2 weeks early and just got smacked for paying too early. Apparently my last payment was one day too early and they won’t credit it to the current statement. Instead I get a late charge and nasty calls. Again they won’t remove charges, I paid too early. Is that even legal? One day???? My husband says to just quit paying them but I don’t want the mark on my credit report. AHHHHHH….what is a girl to do?”
