HSBC customer service for Best Buy is no help
RL in North Carolina said: “I tried numerous times to pay on my best buy card but I couldnt. When I called the number on the card and waited to speak to someone twice, I was given a number which is the same company and the second lady told me it wasnt. She said there must be a problem with the site. I said “Well others are having the same problem for weeks”, and she seemed surprised and told me to try tomorrow.
I told her if I waited too late I would be charged a late fee which she understood of course because thats how HSBC gets more money. I think its a shame you cant make a payment anymore without having to be in debt more and more. I wish I had never opened up this card and it will go bye bye as soon as I can pay it off.”
