MB in Minnesota said: “First they hire someone from Mexico who quits and takes all info with him, like our ss#, bank # and had a hay day with it…… All they will do is say sorry, is there anything else we can do for you today??? Then we add another loan to add 3 bedrooms and family room and bath onto our home and take in foster kids and we added life insurance and disability with our loan just incase…. Well I filed a claim when I was off work for one month after knee surgery and months later was denied and was told I was cancelled!
I said what is cancelled?? They told me to wait in 10 business days I will rec. a letter in the mail… Well the letter came and I called the company and asked if this was some kind of a joke, I lied on my ap.??? I don’t think so, they took all my medical records and put in all the info, not I!!!
Then I asked for the money to be returned to me after paying for life and disability for 2 plus years.. What a joke, I received $200.00! They said I would not get all of it and would get 1/2 of the disability only, because life insurance wasn’t the problem, besides who ever hear of anyone getting life insurance back is what I was quoted. I paid for myself and for husband… I will only rec. 1/2 of the disability, maybe.. I didn’t know they were deducting payments for my husband too! I thought it was a lot of money…. I will read the contracts more carefully next time.
I had foster kids with me that were fighting and hungary, so I hurried and never read any more… They still owe over $1,300.00 and keep telling me it is coming. This is almost oct. and I have been waiting since April. I have never talked on the phone so long and put on hold and transfered and hung up on so many times with another any other company and the amount of people that answer the phone cannot speak clear english!! That is why we have to push #1 for english, correct??
I an now writing to the attorney generals office, and will also go on the news with this. I have lost so much money and my credit is way down because they would call my husband every 2 to 3 months and ask if we need some extra $$$, and of coarse we say sure!! There went the credit rating…From 728 to 517… I am trying to sell my home to get out from under this company!! Anyone out there know what HSBC stands for?? You will be shocked to know it’s with Hong Kong Banks!”
