JT in New Hampshire said: “I used HSBC through Kawasaki, to purchase my ATV, but after 4 months i paid it off due to the fact it was taking more than a week to acknowledge payments, sometimes incuring late fees. It took them 2 months to acknowledge the acct. was paid off and to return the “release of Lien” to me.
Now we have the same story again, I purchased a bike with a lien held by these morons, the current owner paid it off, which they grudgingly acknowledged after a few weeks, its been 2 months and still no title. Many calls have been placed to HSBC, and on the last one was told, “we will get to it eventually.” Why Kawasaki uses these people is beyond me,, it does nothing for Kawasaki’s corporate image, and i can guarantee that I will NEVER use HSBC again, they are a worthless entity and a disgrace to corporate America.
After 2 months, I WANT THE DAMN TITLE!!! how hard can it be to go and mail it out!! it takes 2 months plus????? Every Kawasaki dealer says the same thing,, HSBC Sux! Why Kawasaki uses them is a mystery to me.”
