RS in California said: “I received a $3.00 check from HSBC today. It says it’s for “the reimbursement of a credit on your credit card acount xxxxxxxx-xxxx-9508. (I have no such credit card) It further states, “If in the future it is determined that the funds were returned as a result of a processing or other error, your account will be adjusted accordingly. Sounds like a scam to me!”
