Online payment applied one day late by HSBC (again)
KP in California said: “I made my online payment on July 31, 2008 and of course they posted it August 4, It was Due on August 3,which fell on a sunday and of course I received the $39 late fee, Even when I have mailed it several times they have posted a day late to get the late fee, I live in California and it is mailed to the City of Industry Ca., It shouldnt take a week to get there. How come you can pay you property taxes a day late when they fall on a sunday and these idiots get away with this, the worst thing to is I paid my brothers for him on line at the same time and they slapped him with a late charge to. Cant wait to get rid of them.”
