Denied employment because of false HSBC credit reporting
SE in Virginia sent this alarming report about HSBC: “I purchased a TV on deferred interest. HSBC charged interest anyway and then charged it off to a credit collector and I have the documentation to prove I paid it off before time. HSBC charged not only interest but late charges on top of that. Please help me. They are ruining my credit, preventing me from buying a home. We went to court and showed our documents and they chose not to pursue. My husband has been denied jobs because this is still on our credit, please help us.”
