RG in New Jersey said: “I make my payments online every weeks and they hold the monies for an average of 2 weeks. The money comes out of my bank on the day I set up the payment, every time I call them to question that they don’t have an explanation. All they say they have to verify funds. I have had 2 credit cards for almost 18 months using the same bank account and they always take payments out. their web site states funds will be drawn the day you set up payment. I make payments to continue the use of my credit card but when I get denied for purchase when I have made my payments it get frustrating! their has to be some sort of law to protect the comsumer, if we were to wait 2 weeks from the due date to make payments we would have to pay a late fee, how can they sit on our payments for 2 weeks and collect intrest on it, if they did this to 1000 card holders they are making alot of money in intrest… Please Help!”
