VH in Oregon said: “I am frustrated…I have received paperwork from a HSBC subsidiary mortgage company called Solstice Capital that has fradulent information about me on it. I tried to contact Solstice and their answer was to offer to take me off their mailing list but there was nothing they could/would do to help me find out where they got the fraudulent information. When I asked to speak to a manager or their fraud department they just hung up on me. I went then to the “net” and found out Solstice Capitol was purchased by HSBC in 2006 so I have been trying to get someone at HSBC to help me but all I have got is sent from one place to another with no one admitting that their department is in charge of Solstice Capital’s Mortgage Division.

HSBC also claims not to have any phone numbers or know who I can talk to about this. I GUESS HSBC IS SO LARGE THEY DON’T KNOW WHO IS DOING BUSINESS UNDER THEIR NAME OR CARE WHAT REPUTATION THOSE PEOPLE ARE MAKING HSBC LOOK LIKE.

They would certainly be upset if I gave them fraudulant information in doing business with them, but they seem to think it’s ok to put out fraudulent information about me and not help to fix their mistakes. If you know how or who to reach at HSBC who would be concerned about the HSBC subsidiary of Solstice Capitol Mortgage Group please let me know.”
