Stop calls from HSBC 800 446-1022 number

DD in New York asks: “Every two hours I am getting annoyance calls on my two unpublished numbers from 1 800 446-1022. How do I stop it?”

Answer: You are receiving calls from HSBC telemarketing. You can file a complaint online at the FTC, and they will process your complaint in a timely manner. They do not mess around. Are you on the ‘do not call’ list? If so make sure you did not opt-in to HSBC’s annoying sales and telemarketing. Throw in a complaint to your state attorney general just for good measure.
