Financial gain by a disgusting company says Minnesota customer
DS in Minnesota said: “I’ve experienced the same tactics listed in your published complaints: spending hours on the phone trying to get through to there number, submitting my payment on or prior to my due date to be informed by late fees that the due date is meaningless, as payment must be onlined BEFORE the due date. I truly define this company as DELIBERATELY PREDATORY, as you do.
I grieve for my own losses and the financial gain this disgusting company has received by scalping the public. And the companies that use HSBC don’t give a damn…they just want to get out of customer care in house and as long as they get their bucks, they turn their customers over to those blood thirsty sharks. I know my submission isn’t going to help me — I just have to take money out of precious savings to pay up and GET OUT. But I feel a little better being able to register my vociferous complaint. When is the government going to crack down and put some vicious crooks behind bars?!”
