They require payment in 15 days which, with time factored in for mailing, means consumers must pay within 5-7 days. Then, they take up to 10 days to process the payment and, in the interim, add $25 charges to your bill. This occurs even if you pay your bill almost immediately. Illinois Attorrney General Lias Madigan, are you awake over there? HRS, AKA retail services, is stealing from consumers.”
