Guitar Center left me on hold, HSBC no help

LR in Rhode Island says:  “I have been trying for 3 days to make payment on line. I called the Guitar Center but they left me on hold for over 30 minutes.  Finally I had to hang up.”

Editor’s note:  This person is trying to make a payment online to HSBC.  The Guitar Center credit card is financed by HSBC Finance Corporation.
