I went into a REAL HSBC BANK office. I had CASH to pay my HSBC credit card.
The teller WOULD NOT TAKE IT!
She made me go to the post office and get a MONEY ORDER!
I did it!
My payment was not credited for 5 days!

Now that HSBC is selling CREDIT CARD BACKED SECURITIES, they are clearly trying to get fees and never take a payment from ANY SOURCE!
I saw BOSE getting charged $15 to pay early on web.
I saw abuses of withdrawals made from checking accounts.
I saw INDIA calling people who did not even have accounts.
I saw employees write about “SCREW all customers get bonus.!”
I saw INDIA regulators file charges against HSBC - LATE PAYMENTS.
DO NOT GET ANY ACCOUNT EVER WITH HSBC! YOU WILL GET SCREWED and apparenntly - there IS NO WAY TO PAY!
The bank would not take cash and still posted my payment late.
AT least the BBB has a formal complaint filed.
REMEMBER - it is HONG KONG SHANGHAI BANK! Do you really think they give a crap about any American?
