MS in Minnesota said: “I have been going through medical tests and had EFT set up for my mortgage account. I noticed one month wasn’t taken out so I made 4 phone calls to Kristen Gallighan in the loss litigation department, because that is who I sent it to. Asked if there was a problem with it or anything else? Didn’t get a call back and then one week before Christmas I had a sheriff at my door with paperwork. Then I got to deal with Mark Tim Hanssel, who was as rude as rude gets refusing to do anything or provide me a reinstatement fee etc.

I then was sent to his supervisor, Colleen Gonsales, all again to no avail, no one returns calls or anything. They refuse to do anything but keep tacking on late fees and legal fees and BS fees of magnitude proportions. I can make my house payment, I just can’t pay all these legal fees that the foreclosure attorneys reap. So now my only option is to file bankruptcy. I just don’t understand how this company isn’t ever held accountable. I plan to sue for misapplied and not applied payments when I get all of this taken care of. This company has cost me anxiety, frustration, loss of work, etc. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED”
