HSBC’s Orchard Bank Complaint - Overlimit Fee Charge
Watchdog

BA says: “Orchard Bank Card is ripping me off. They are overcharging me. I am paying an annual fee of $99 but others pay $29 or $69. They asked me for a Jan 2007 payment of $48.69 and I paid $55.55 and they charged me an overlimit fee. Please contact me or put me in contact with a class action attorney.”

    i will gladly join in any suit against orchard bank
    I have a credit card with them,
    since late 2005
    I have disputed charges to many times with no results,
    I have been on hold up to 2 hours,no kidding
    sent numerous emails, and letters only to be treated rudely.
    my bank supplied me with a letter stating my payment was not returned, they charged me 30 dollars for a returned payment,that did not happen, and many other issues
