KS in Montana said: “I was told at Herbergers I could buy a $100 item with no interest for 4 months. In 6 weeks I received a notice that I was “late”..I figured the computer had screwed up…but sent in my $100 anyway…didn’t want a hassle. They said I owed “interest”…How? It was an interest free purchase…anyway they have been hounding me, threatening me and now I owe almost $300 in “interest”. My God, I am ready to call a lawyer as this is just plain stupid. I will never pay this “bill”. Never.”

Editor’s note: Is anyone else wondering how bad Herbergers needs money to do this to a customer? $100 interest free for 4 months? Will Herbergers stand behind the customer, or will they take part of the disputed interest? Remember, the customer paid the $100.
