Customers fed up with HSBC online payment system for Best Buy
SM in Missouri says: “HSBC RS and Best Buy is a scam. Any other dept. store’s lenders are not so corrupt. You have to make your payment 3-4 days ahead of time when paying online!!! My bill is not due until the 13th of January, I made it tonight (Jan10th) and in order for it not be late I had to pay by check and they charged a nifty little $15 fee to put it through. Funny they can make it happen for $15 otherwise, oops -$39 late fee! It’s insane! No other credit card I have ever dealt with does this to its customers. It seems you can make most of them (online) on the due date before a certain time and some even as long as it is 11:59 pm on the due date. So why doesn’t Best Buy and HRSC? Simple, it’s a scam and something needs to be done. I haven’t been in Best Buy for two years and definitely never will again!!!!! This is so WRONG!
