Florida HSBC customer says rate increases are public theft

EE in Florida says: “I received a letter informing me that the rate was going up to 34.24 percent. I called to see what card this was and fortunately it was an old Sak’s card I no longer used. I want to report this to a government group to see about shutting down this horrible company. There must be a law made against this. The supervisor told me there was no cap on what they can charge. The loopholes that they have must to be closed! Please let me know what I can do to perpetuate the dissolving of this theft of the public.”
