LW in California said: “I am applying for a refinance on my home. The bank alerted me that HSBC/RS was showing up on my credit report to the tune of $19,988. I have never heard of them and have never had an account with them. They work quite diligently to keep me from finding out what I can do about it! Next step is to file against them with the Comptroller of the Currency etc. I would appreciate any other ideas you might have as to what I might do.”
