JG in North Dakota says: “HRSI through a promotion from GM credit card - we purchased a snowmobile in 1997 - Paid off completely - Have the title -but can’t find it . Went to the motor vehicle department and they tell me HRSI has a lein on it. I paid this off in full in 1997. What are they up too?”
