Californian says HSBC makes too many mortgage mistakes
MS in California says: “Since I have had my HSBC loan for four years now I have had late fees due to missed distributions on their part. HSBC lost my homeowners insurance due to them not paying my homeowners insurance. My taxes have not been paid. I have faxed letter after letter to several of their departments in regard to their errors in my mortgage loan. HSBC does not do any thing right. The left and the right don’t know what they are doing. Every month they make some kind of mistake on my loan. I have to watch every step they make to make sure they don’t mess up. I have letters and copies of all faxes and complaints I have sent them. At this point I ready to file a claim against them. If I could I would like to file a class action suit against company. My two daughters in law and my daughter work for a mortgage company. They say HSBC is not doing their jobs right and we could sue them.”
