Florida customer claims mob tactics are legal for HSBC
KC in Florida says: “When you try and pay your bill online on the “Due Date” it will not let you set up payment until tomorrow. But you can rush pay on the “Due Date” for $15. They are crooks. The Due Date should mean the due date not the “you are too late date” so give us your money. They seem to get away with the same type behavior as the Mob except they claim they are LEGAL”
