Value City HSBC billing complaint from Pennsylvania

Value City HSBC billing complaint from Pennsylvania

JR in Pennsylvania says: “I have complained to HSBC on more than one occasion as I was not able to log on even though I signed up to pay electronically, also did not receive monthly statements either by e-mail or regular mail, and was billed twice for late fees. I sent one payment by mail to HRS and it was not shown on my Payment Slip by Value City. When I questioned this I was told that the payment was due on August 5, payment was received Aug. 4, and I requested that these late charges be removed. Was told they didn’t have the authority to remove them. When and if I get a bill, I will pay it and then cancel this account. This has been a real headache.”
