Texas HSBC complaint is just one of many in 2007

Texas HSBC complaint is just one of many in 2007

LT in Texas sends this short but telling report: “Never recieved a bill from them and was charged late fees.”

Editor’s note: Enough said. Here is TD in Texas with the same experience. PR in Texas said the online payment website has problems, while CA in Texas says HSBC billing is a scam. DA in Texas was told HSBC would waive a fee, but did not. BB in Texas said HSBC claimed he signed up for electronic bills, CW in Texas also reports late fees, MS in Texas found a shady debt cancellation fee, GV in Texas had someone else’s entry on their credit report, and IH in Texas reported a real Texas goat rope.

Does HSBC have a problem in Texas, or does Texas have a problem with HSBC? No matter what, this is enough information for the Texas Attorney General to do something. The problem is not just in Texas.
