LJ in Nebraska said: “I was recently sued by HSBC for a “supposedly” co-signed loan. They hired attorneys and took me to court and on September 28, 2007 the county court Judge denied the Summary Judgment filed against me, and ordered that the judgment is against the original lender and owner of the automobile.

I sent the legal writ to the credit reporting agencies to have the entry removed from my report. Six week later I received a letter from HSBC asking me to prove that the loan was fraudulent.

I have spent a total of eight hours faxing, emailing and trying to contact someone via telephone to no- avail.
I have also left several messages and no one will call me back. After fighting this thing for three years I thought that with the Judges ruling it was finally over, but when I call HSBC and listen to the automatic operator and put in my social security number, I hear a message regarding how much I owe and when my next payment is due, please help, how do I resolve this?”
