BF in California said: “Until I read the complaints you’ve posted, I didn’t realize that this scam was going on. This is the third month that I’ve tried to pay my bill online and could not access the hrsaccount.com website. The last 2 times I paid by phone and had to pay the extra $15 per payment. I will do it again this month, but will close out my account with this company. I’ve had enough!”

Editor’s note: Contact your Attorney General. Problems with hrsaccount.com have been going on for many years. You fail to mention the name of the merchant but I’m sure more racketeering may be in HSBC’s future if they share the $15 with the merchant. Our article titled ‘Andrew Armishaw Needs to Explain hrsaccount.com’ was published in February 2005, outlining the same problems.
