HSBC default judgement through false affidavit of service
KK in New York reports: “I believe I have a slam dunk case against this firm for filing a false affidavit of service. The only two parties in the house at the time that fit the description could not physically be there because they were both at work. My girlfriend - whom the description fits exactly, how convenient is that - was at work by 8:29 am and lives almost 20 miles away and my mother was at work at her not for profit day school. My girlfriend has electronic proof from her employer and my mother has witnesses. Service was at 8:13 am, a clear and blatant lie. They got default.”
