HSBC payment application chart is incorrect say Michigan customer
GS in Michigan says: “For the second month in a row HSBC is trying to screw me! Last month they charged me $15.00 just to make my payment, this month they won’t accept my payment on time so they can screw me again!! As their chart clearly shows, payments made on Monday before 4pm will be applied by Tuesday (the due date) but as before their web site won’t process my payment until Wednesday 11/14/07. My account is closed and I will NEVER EVER use HSBC again! HSBC is a joke and I hope to see it GO DOWN!! Greed will send them to the GRAVE!!!! I would like to join in and sever the pigs throat!”
