HSBC collections angers non-HSBC customers
It seems like HSBC collections spreads the good will (or hatred depending on one’s outlook) when it comes to calling people. DW in California said this today: “They call CONSTANTLY, and I have NO ACCOUNTS WITH THEM!”, while SB in Alabama said “I am thinking of getting rid of my home phone number and getting a cell phone. These people call constantly and I have no accounts with them. Caller ID and Google shows it is HSBC.” Regardless of how you look at it we believe HSBC must be real obnoxious if a person has a home loan with them and an adjustable rate mortgage.
