Ernestina in North Carolina reports: “I go to court 11/13/07 foreclosure because I know the insurance they added into my refinance since 1997 thru 2002 is due me. I even sent documents that discredited the back up they sent me, and I even scanned their imaging showing insurance was cancelled. I have to spoken to eveyone but God with no results except no return calls after I sent my back up.”

    Update
    I am losing my house in 30 days all because HSBC owes me & won’t pay me back the disability & life they added into my refi since 1997, the same day my daughter was bit by a dog & it took off half of her face.
    They also deducted the insurance the same day from a revolving line of credit & than added it into my refi.. all in the same day.
    All I can say read & think e=before you sign because after that you owe the devil himself & their name is HSBC/HFI
