MN in Florida said: “I am an attorney representing a customer of HSBC Auto Loan and I called their 800 number regarding a bad repo and was on hold for more than an hour more than once and never did get through. The car was sold and now we are suing HSBC. Has anyone else failed to get through on the 800 toll free line?”

    I have had two loans with HSBC with no issues. They helped me when I had a family emergency that required me to miss two car payments. They listened and assisted me when I was in need. I plan to keep my business with them in the future.
