AB in California said: “HSBC has done the same thing to me. They wouldnt give me my account number nor would they send me a bill. Come to find out the ‘no bills by aer’ was turned on and you cant turn it off with out the Internet. I went around and around with them before they told me what was wrong but the insisted I submit by telephone because there was nothing I could do.”
